Job summary

Swiss Re is seeking a Senior Auditor specializing in Property & Casualty actuarial topics to lead audits across the (re)insurance value chain, focusing on reserving, pricing, and risk management. Qualifications

• Nearly qualified or qualified P&C actuary.
• 7+ years of experience in the insurance and/or reinsurance industry.
• Strong experience in P&C reserving and/or pricing methodologies.
• Solid understanding of IFRS 17 and/or US GAAP governance, processes, and controls.

Responsibilities

• Lead audits across the P&C actuarial domain, including reserving and pricing.
• Evaluate governance, controls and risk management across actuarial topics.
• Identify emerging risks within the P&C (re)insurance space.
• Engage with senior stakeholders to drive improvements and risk management.
• Coach and support team members and build stakeholder relationships.
• Contribute to a forward-looking risk culture at Swiss Re.
