Job summary

Aon is seeking an Associate Director in P&C Actuarial Pricing to grow an advisory capability within STG. This hybrid role (based in Chicago area) blends hands-on pricing analysis with client advisory work to develop pricing strategies and refined rating structures tied to client business objectives.

Responsibilities include pricing analyses across P&C use cases, applying GLMs to model pure premium, communicating results clearly to technical and non-technical audiences, and managing client

Qualifications

• 7+ years of actuarial pricing experience within property & casualty insurance.
• Bachelor's degree required.
• FCAS credential preferred.
• Experience conducting rate filing research using SERFF (filing support, exhibits, regulatory correspondence).
• Strong written and verbal communication, able to explain complex concepts clearly.

Responsibilities

• Develop, refine, and support actuarial pricing analyses across P&C use cases.
• Apply GLMs to model pure premium using large datasets.
• Translate business problems into analytical solutions and communicate results to diverse audiences.
• Manage client engagements from problem definition through delivery.
• Partner with senior team to deliver client solutions and contribute to proposals and RFPs.
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior staff.
