Job summary

Aon seeks an Associate Director in P&C Actuarial Pricing to grow an advisory capability within the Strategy & Technology Group. The role blends hands-on pricing analysis with client advisory work, developing pricing strategies, refining rating structures, and ensuring solutions are practical and business-aligned.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of actuarial pricing experience within property & casualty insurance.
• Bachelor's degree required.
• FCAS credential preferred.
• Experience with rate filing research using SERFF and related regulatory filings.

Responsibilities

• Develop, refine, and support actuarial pricing analyses across P&C insurance use cases, including rate adequacy, territorial analysis, and rating plan development.
• Apply GLMs to model pure premium using large, complex datasets.
• Translate business problems into analytical solutions and clearly communicate results to both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Effectively manage client engagements from problem definition through delivery, ensuring analytical rigor and actionable outcomes.
• Partner with reinsurance brokers and senior team members to deliver industry-leading client solutions.
• Provide technical leadership, training, and development to junior team members.
• Support proposal development, client presentations, and RFPs as needed in collaboration with senior leadership.
