Job summary

Anova, a division of Shiel Sexton, is seeking a Construction Project Manager II to lead complex capital construction projects from preconstruction through commissioning. You will drive strategy, manage scope, schedule, budget, quality, and safety while representing the Owner throughout the lifecycle.

The ideal candidate has 10+ years of PM experience in regulated or technically demanding environments and a proven ability to lead multi-disciplinary teams, resolve issues, and maintain strong Owner

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field.
• 10+ years of progressive construction project management experience.
• Experience managing large-scale capital projects from preconstruction through closeout.
• Experience in regulated or technically complex environments (pharma, healthcare, etc.).
• Strong knowledge of construction methods, codes, and best practices.

Responsibilities

• Lead delivery of large-scale capital projects for the Owner, aligning scope, budget, and schedule.
• Establish and drive the overall execution strategy with design, procurement, and construction.
• Provide proactive oversight of performance; identify risks and lead resolutions.
• Coordinate across design teams, contractors, and stakeholders for accountability.
• Act as Owner's primary contact, driving decisions and managing expectations.
• Enforce disciplined change management, cost control, and schedule adherence.
• Deliver reporting on progress, risks, and financials to Owner and executives.
• Direct project team performance with leadership and mentorship.
