The Construction Project Manager II serves as the Owner's Representative, leading the delivery of complex, large-scale capital construction projects from preconstruction through commissioning and closeout. This role is responsible for driving project strategy and execution while ensuring alignment with the Owner's objectives for scope, schedule, budget, quality, safety, and operational readiness.
This position requires significant experience managing complex capital construction projects in highly regulated or technically demanding environments . The successful candidate will have a demonstrated history of leading projects involving multiple stakeholders, design teams, contractors, and consultants, with the ability to manage risk, resolve issues, and hold project partners accountable.
The Construction Project Manager II provides oversight across design, procurement, construction, and commissioning and serves as the primary point of contact for the Owner throughout the project lifecycle.
