Qualifications

• 1-4 years of experience in the construction industry, preferably as a Project Engineer or Senior Project Engineer.
• Experience with tenant improvement projects required.
• Hands-on experience with invoice processing, schedule and budget creation and updates, and drafting meeting minutes.

Responsibilities

• Support senior PMs in managing proposals and client reporting documents.
• Assist in project budgets and schedules.
• Manage document control and change order processing.
