• Experience as a multifamily project manager moving toward owner-side ownership.
• Senior construction project management background.
• Willingness to travel weekly/bi-monthly across states.

• Coordinate and oversee the execution of owner requested changes during construction.
• Run the delivery coordination process between Construction and the operator.
