Job summary

Hughes Marino in Columbus, OH seeks a Senior Construction Project Manager to act as the client's eyes and advocate on complex commercial projects. You will oversee full lifecycle oversight from programming through closeout, coordinating a multi-disciplinary team on behalf of the client.

This is a high-visibility owner-side role requiring balance of budget, schedule, and quality. Ideal candidates bring 7–10 years of owner-side PM experience, Design-Build familiarity, and proficiency with Bluebeam

Qualifications

• 7–10 years of construction project management experience
• Experience as an owner's representative or third-party construction manager
• Design-Build experience strongly preferred
• Ability to manage external vendors and internal staff
• Proficient with Bluebeam and MS Office suite

Responsibilities

• Serve as the owner's representative on multiple concurrent projects
• Lead project teams including architects, engineers, GCs, and contractors
• Develop and steward budgets, schedules, and milestones
• Review change orders, invoices, and TI allowances from the owner's perspective
• Collaborate with brokerage team on lease and work letter provisions
• Present to and advise C-suite stakeholders
