Job summary

Hughes Marino is seeking a Senior Construction Project Manager in Orange County to act as the client’s on-site owner’s representative, guiding complex, mission-critical projects from programming through closeout. You’ll manage budgets, schedules, and milestones with direct accountability to executive stakeholders.

Qualifications

• 7–10 years of construction project management experience, ideally as an owner's rep or client-side PM
• Design-Build experience strongly preferred and will be prioritized
• Proven ability to manage external vendors and design teams while leading internal staff
• Local candidates only: South Los Angeles and Orange County

Responsibilities

• Serve as the client's on-site owner's representative and lead the project team
• Oversee budgets, schedules, and client-directed milestones
• Coordinate with architects, engineers, GCs, and specialty contractors
• Review change orders, invoices, and TI allowances from the owner's perspective
• Lead and mentor junior Hughes Marino PMs or project engineers
• Engage with client executives and maintain clear stewardship of outcomes
