Job summary

Hughes Marino seeks a Senior Construction Project Manager to act as the client’s on-site owner’s representative, guiding projects from programming through construction to closeout with a sharp focus on budget, schedule and outcomes.

You'll lead multi-project teams, review change orders, oversee vendors and construction partners, mentor junior staff, and collaborate with executives and the brokerage team to ensure the client’s goals are met on time and within scope.

Qualifications

• 7–10 years of construction project management experience.
• Experience as owner’s rep / third-party PM or client-side PM.
• Design-Build experience strongly preferred.
• Proven ability to manage external vendors and design teams while leading internal junior staff.
• Proficient in Bluebeam, MS Excel, MS Word and MS Project.

Responsibilities

• Oversee full lifecycle of multiple concurrent commercial construction projects as owner’s rep.
• Manage day-to-day complex projects with accountability to executive stakeholders.
• Develop and steward budgets, schedules, and milestones.
• Assemble and lead project teams including architects, engineers, GCs, and contractors.
• Mentor up to two Hughes Marino PMs or project engineers.
• Review change orders, invoicing, TI allowances, and closeout from the owner's perspective.
• Review lease and work letters in coordination with brokerage team.
• Collaborate with Hughes Marino advisors and client stakeholders as requirements evolve.
