Job summary

Stellent IT LLC seeks a Senior Transmission Line Engineer / Engineering Manager to lead overhead transmission projects and mentor teams. Strong focus on structural design and client execution. Responsibilities include technical leadership, deliverable reviews, and coordinating with stakeholders across utility projects.

PE preferred; 8–12+ years of experience and PLS-CADD proficiency are required. Ideal candidates will manage budgets, schedules, and multi-project programs while advancing design

Qualifications

• 8–12+ years of overhead transmission line design experience (69kV+ required)
• PE license preferred
• Strong focus on structural engineering (foundations, framing, materials)
• Experience with 500kV+ projects strongly preferred

Responsibilities

• Lead engineering execution for large or multi-project transmission programs
• Prepare and review complex engineering deliverables and calculations
• Manage budgets, schedules, and quality across disciplines
• Lead and mentor engineering teams; provide PLS-CADD training
• Serve as technical lead and responsible charge on projects
• Interface with clients and support pursuit/business development efforts
