Job summary

MetaOption LLC seeks a Senior Transmission Line Engineer / Engineering Manager to lead complex overhead transmission projects for utility clients. The role emphasizes structural design, mentorship, and hands-on leadership on large multi-project programs.

Candidates should have 8–12+ years in overhead transmission line design (69kV+), PLS-CADD proficiency, and a civil/structural engineering degree; PE is preferred. Opportunities span multiple markets with strong compensation and benefits.

Qualifications

• 8–12+ years of overhead transmission line design experience (69kV+).
• Experience with lattice towers and foundations.
• EPC and/or utility services experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead engineering execution for large overhead transmission programs.
• Prepare and review complex engineering deliverables and calculations.
• Manage budgets, schedules, and quality across disciplines.
• Mentor engineering teams and provide PLS-CADD training.
• Interface with clients and support pursuit/business development efforts.
