Job summary

WM is seeking a Senior Account Executive to cover Three Rivers, Kalamazoo, and Battle Creek, MI. This role blends hunting for new business with farming existing accounts, with a strong emphasis on in-person prospecting and territory development.

The SAE will build relationships, present solutions, negotiate contracts, and collaborate with operations to maximize profitability while meeting revenue targets in a dynamic, field-based environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent.
• 4 years of direct B2B sales with cold calling.
• Proven ability to prospect and close new business.
• Salesforce.com (SFDC) experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and grow billable value by selling new services and products.
• Initiate B2B sales relationships and close opportunities.
• Prospect and develop plans to achieve sales goals.
• Maintain prospect database and sales pipeline.
