Alleviation Enterprise is seeking a strong, self-aware leader to master our sales process and drive expansion in the supplemental insurance market. You will transition into a mentorship role, teaching success strategies to new team members and pushing the organization toward higher performance.

Ideal candidates demonstrate drive, initiative, and the ability to operate with minimal supervision while navigating our systems and protocols.

Qualificações

• Must pass a high-level pre-employment background check.
• Active Driver's License and reliable transportation.
• Active Health & Life Insurance Producer license (or willingness to obtain) and license fees covered.

Responsabilidades

• Master our sales process within six months, a timeframe usually requiring up to a year.
• Lead and mentor the team, sharing successful strategies with new members.
• Drive market expansion and set new benchmarks in supplemental insurance sales.
