Senior Outside Sales Executive - Remote Work:

About the Role:

In this role, you will be responsible for sourcing, nurturing, and closing new clients for BairesDev, primarily from your network and industry contacts, focusing on outbound efforts. This is a Hunter position.

What You’ll Do:

Hunting:

  • Build strong, long-lasting relationships with midsize to enterprise-level clients across various industries, with a primary focus on Consumer sectors such as Retail, Logistics, and Distribution.
  • Originate and nurture business relationships leading to engagement opportunities.
  • Present BairesDev’s unique value proposition tailored to the needs of our potential clients’ senior executives.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with potential clients.

Project Management:

  • Scope projects, shape engagements, and define business solutions to meet client needs and business outcomes.
  • Plan, implement, and manage lead generation, sales activities, and pipelines to achieve revenue targets.
  • Coordinate resources and teams (solution design, UX, technical, engagement management, staffing, delivery) throughout the sales cycle.
  • Identify and mitigate key risks through tactical planning and actions.

We are looking for:

  • A sales professional passionate about selling technology solutions.
  • 5+ years of experience selling professional IT or software services.
  • Strong experience in sourcing, nurturing, and closing midsize and enterprise accounts.
  • Deep understanding of the industry, including key players, strategies, business models, verticals, challenges, and trends.
  • Strategic, creative, and analytical sales approach with a focus on client relationship building.
  • Strong knowledge of widely used software systems and data.
  • Ability to deliver tailored, compelling presentations.
  • Self-motivated with a results-driven mindset.
  • Detail-oriented and deadline-focused.
  • Native English speaker or fully bilingual in English.
