About The Role

You will be responsible for sourcing, nurturing, and closing new clients primarily through your network and industry contacts. This is a Hunter role focused on developing new business opportunities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Build strong, long-lasting relationships with midsize to enterprise-level clients across various industries, focusing on Consumer sectors such as Retail, Logistics, and Distribution.
  • Originate and nurture business relationships leading to engagement opportunities.
  • Present BairesDev’s value proposition tailored to potential clients’ senior executives.
  • Scope projects, define business solutions, and manage lead generation and sales pipelines to meet revenue targets.
  • Coordinate resources and teams throughout the sales cycle, including solution design, UX, technical, and delivery teams.
  • Manage risks through tactical planning and actions.
Qualifications
  • 5+ years of experience selling professional IT or software services.
  • Proven success in sourcing, nurturing, and closing mid-size and enterprise accounts.
  • Strong understanding of the industry, key players, client structures, and trends.
  • Excellent presentation skills and a strategic, analytical sales approach.
  • Knowledge of widely used software systems and data.
  • Self-motivated, results-driven, detail-oriented, and deadline-focused.
  • Native English or fully bilingual in English.
