Senior Outside Sales Executive - Remote Work

About the Role:

You will source, nurture, and close new clients primarily from your network and industry, focusing on a hunter sales approach.

What You’ll Do:
Hunting:
  • Build strong relationships with midsize to enterprise clients across industries, especially in Consumer sectors (Retail, Logistics, Distribution).
  • Originate and nurture business relationships leading to engagement opportunities.
  • Present BairesDev’s value proposition tailored to client needs at senior levels.
  • Develop lasting relationships with potential clients.
Project Management:
  • Scope projects, shape engagements, and define business solutions to meet client needs.
  • Plan and manage lead generation, sales activities, and pipelines to meet revenue targets.
  • Coordinate resources and teams throughout the sales cycle.
  • Manage risks through tactical planning.
We are looking for:
  • A sales expert passionate about selling technology solutions.
  • 5+ years of experience in selling IT or software services.
  • Proven success in sourcing, nurturing, and closing midsize and enterprise accounts.
  • Deep industry knowledge, including key players, strategies, and trends.
  • Strategic, creative, and analytical sales approach.
  • Strong understanding of industry-standard software systems and data.
  • Ability to deliver tailored, compelling presentations.
  • Self-motivated, results-driven, detail-oriented, and deadline-focused.
  • Native English or bilingual proficiency.
