Tri-County Human Services in Lakeland, FL is seeking an Administrative Outpatient Program Director to oversee the development and delivery of substance abuse and mental health services, ensuring that contractual requirements and agency philosophy are met. Qualifications

• Master’s degree in counseling, social work, psychology, nursing, rehabilitation or related human services field.
• Minimum two years of full-time experience in addictions and/or mental health treatment settings; supervisory experience preferred.
• Must have valid Florida license as LCSW or LMHC, or out-of-state license valid in Florida.
• Two years’ experience in management, supervision and budget responsibilities.

Responsabilités

• Provides managerial oversight of Lakeland Outpatient and other locations as listed.
• Liaises between outpatient programs and community agencies.
• Directs supervision of program coordinators and staff, including performance evaluations.
• Ensures delivery of quality services and compliance with licensing, Medicaid, CARF standards.
• Provides leadership and clinical direction during staff meetings and case staffings.
