Qualifications

• Master's Degree (Required)
• AANP Certification Board and licensure references
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
• Certified Nurse Practitioner (CNP) credential
• Registered Nurse license – Ohio Board of Nursing

Responsibilities

• Works under direction and in consultation/collaboration with physician and may perform services authorized by the supervising/collaborating physician that are part of the physician's normal course of practice and expertise.
• Promotes quality outcomes and initiatives.
• Must have a Supervision Agreement (SA) or Standard Care Arrangement (SCA) with a physician in like practice.
• Practices within applicable state laws, appropriate boards, and in accordance with SA/SCA and delineation of privileges.
• As a High Reliability Organization (HRO), focus on safety, quality and efficiency in performing job duties.
