Qualifikationen

• Retail sales and customer service experience preferred.

• Ability to communicate clearly and build relationships.

Aufgaben

• Engage in sales and service training to drive sales.
• Prepare store: stock, coordinate stocking, and merchandise handling.
• Adjust visual presentations to inventory levels and promotions.
• Monitor inventory and price accuracy.
• Train and mentor new staff.
• Collaborate with Department Managers to meet goals and daily expectations.
