REI Co-op in Spokane, WA seeks a Sr. Store Sales Specialist to be the face of the Co-op and engage with Members and Customers daily. You will share product knowledge across equipment, assortments, and services while guiding Retail Sales Specialists and driving exceptional in-store experiences.

Qualifications

• Retail sales and customer service experience preferred.
• Open availability to work a flexible schedule.

Responsibilities

• Engage in sales and service training to drive sales.
• Prepare store: stock, coordinate stocking process, handle merchandise.
• Adjust visual presentations to inventory, new products and promotions.
• Monitor inventory and price accuracy.
• Train and mentor new staff.
• Partner with Department Managers to achieve goals and daily expectations.
