REI Co-op is seeking a Sr. Store Sales Specialist in Tigard, OR. You will be the face of the Co-op, engaging with REI Members and Customers daily, and serving as a knowledge resource on products and services. Your initiative will guide junior staff while you embody the outdoors ethos and REI values.

The role emphasizes high-quality customer interactions, stock management, and collaboration with department managers to meet daily goals and drive sales in a dynamic retail environment.

Qualifications

• Retail sales and customer service experience preferred.
• Open availability for flexible schedule.

Responsabilités

• Engage in REI Sales and Service Training to drive sales.
• Prepare store: stock, coordinate stocking, handle merchandise.
• Adjust visual presentations to inventory levels, new products, and promotions.
• Monitor inventory accuracy, price accuracy, and stock levels.
• Train and mentor new staff.
• Partner with Department Managers to meet goals and daily expectations.
