Job summary

The King and Prince Golf Club in St. Simons Island, GA seeks an Outside Operations Supervisor to lead daily outside service operations and deliver a welcoming, organized experience for members and visiting players.

This is a visible, hands-on leadership role coordinating Cart Attendants, Bag Drop Attendants, Starters, Rangers, and Practice Facility Attendants. You will train, coach, and supervise the Outside Operations team, oversee cart preparation and storage, and work with Golf Shop,

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent required.
2+ years of experience in golf operations, outside services, hospitality, or related guest-service environment preferred.
Experience as a supervisor, team lead, trainer, or senior team member preferred.

Responsibilities

Lead and coordinate daily Outside Operations activities and team assignments.
Maintain an active presence at bag drop, cart staging, practice facilities, and first tee areas.
Train, coach, and support Outside Operations team members.
Oversee golf cart preparation, staging, cleaning, charging, rotation, and storage.
Coordinate golf bag handling, storage, preparation, and return.
Ensure practice facilities are organized, stocked, and ready for play throughout the day.
Support starters and rangers with first-tee organization, player flow, and pace-of-play expectations.
Assist with tournaments, outings, member events, resort groups, and special golf activities.
Maintain high standards for cleanliness, organization, safety, and presentation across Outside Operations.
