Qualifications

• Dependable, punctual, and comfortable working with limited supervision.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced outdoor environment.
• Ability to safely operate a golf cart.
• Ability to lift and move golf bags weighing up to 50 pounds.
• Reliable transportation to and from work.
• Golf operations take place seven days a week; availability for early mornings, evenings, weekends, holidays, tournaments, and special events is required.

Responsibilities

• Welcome golfers and assist with bags, carts, directions, and general needs.
• Clean, inspect, charge, stock, and stage golf carts for daily play.
• Maintain the driving range, putting green, chipping area, and other practice facilities.
• Retrieve, stage, clean, and organize golf bags, rental clubs, and equipment.
• Help maintain clean, organized, and welcoming outdoor service areas.
• Support tournaments, clinics, outings, member events, and other golf activities.
• Anticipate player needs and provide attentive, professional service throughout each shift.
• Work closely with the Golf Professional Staff and other Golf Operations team members.

The Golf Services Associate is an outdoor, guest-facing role supporting golfers from arrival through the conclusion of their visit. This position assists with golf cart operations, bag handling, practice facilities, club storage, course staging, tournaments, and other golf events. What You'll Do
