Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Design and monitor outcomes dashboard and scorecard for assigned programs and identify trends.
• Monitor and analyze program outcomes; propose and implement action plans based on results.
• Provide feedback to senior leadership on key performance outcomes and address questions.
• Conduct presentations to stakeholders to present data to improve performance.
• Develop program components and support implementation of assigned programs.
