The Outcome Customer Engineer role leads strategic enterprise clients across North America and Latin America through modern security transformations, with deep SIEM/SOAR expertise and AI-driven threat detection and response.

You will partner with security leaders, influence product direction, and help clients mature their security operations while leveraging generative AI and automation to stay

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
• 10 years of experience with cloud native architecture and cybersecurity in a customer-facing or support role.
• Experience in SecOps product offerings (e.g., SIEM, SOAR) and the broader vendor space in cybersecurity.
• Experience in either system design or reading code (e.g., Java, C++, Python).
• Experience engaging with, and presenting to, technical stakeholders and executive leaders.
• Ability to communicate in English and Spanish fluently, to support client relationship management in this region.

Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of Tier 1 global accounts through post-onboarding, advising customer executives.
• Lead detection engineering initiatives and design SOAR automation workflows.
• Architect multi‑cloud ingestion plans to ensure unified threat visibility.
• Guide clients in adopting security capabilities and AI-enabled SOC workflows.
• Maintain deep technical expertise through ongoing enablement on Google security products.
