Job summary

Google Cloud seeks an Outcome Customer Engineer to lead strategic enterprise clients across North America and Latin America, guiding them to mature their Security Operations with SIEM and SOAR, and accelerate adoption of generative AI and automation.

You will engage with security leaders, translate complex technical concepts into business value, and collaborate with product, engineering, and sales teams to stay ahead of threats.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
• 10 years of experience with cloud native architecture and cybersecurity.
• English and Spanish fluency to support client relationships.

Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of Tier 1 global accounts as trusted advisor to client executives.
• Lead detection engineering initiatives and design SOAR automation workflows.
• Architect multi-cloud ingestion plans (e.g., GCP) for unified threat visibility.
• Guide clients in adopting security capabilities and leveraging AI/Agentic SOC workflows.
• Maintain deep technical expertise on Google Security Operations and CSPM tooling.
