Qualifications

• Master's degree with 5+ years of relevant experience in supply chain, program or project management.
• Bachelor's degree with 7+ years of progressive experience in supply chain, program or project management.
• Experience in global supply chain, manufacturing, distribution, logistics, or related operations preferred.

Responsibilities

• Design the best supply chain network topology using optimization tools to answer strategic questions on facility count, type, location, and integration into transportation.
• Lead the team of Supply Chain managers and planners to drive cross-functional projects with Design, Technology, Product, Science, Finance and Operations.
• Lead mid to long-term fulfillment/supply chain network planning and automate planning processes to improve customer experience, speed, and total cost.
• Communicate and drive long-term strategic initiatives (3-5 years) and benchmark against other networks.
• Balance and prioritize conflicting requirements, build/maintain models for forecast, variance analysis, and problem solving.
• Present data-driven business reviews to senior management focusing on impact and revolutionary supply chains.
• Hire and develop talent from campus, industry, and internal teams; mentor team members.
• Domestic and international travel up to 15% may be required.
