• 5+ years of program or project management experience.

• Experience owning program strategy, end to end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership.

Responsibilities

• Own the Outbound CX speed‑vs‑cost trade-off framework, driving both tactical execution and strategic improvements to network delivery performance
• Build and execute speed sensitivity and scenario models (BAU-to-Peak ramp, connectivity changes, regional stress testing) that quantify impact to 1D/2D speed and inform S&OP decisions
• Work cross‑functionally with planning, design, operations, and analytics teams to identify and implement process improvements that eliminate defects in outbound load‑balancing and plan adherence
• Leverage SQL/Python to conduct root cause analysis and data‑driven experimentation at scale, translating findings into actionable recommendations for senior leadership
• Develop metrics, early‑warning frameworks, and reporting that flag speed risk proactively—contributing to Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) at the Director/VP level
• Drive continuous improvement by creating scalable solutions that deliver a richer end-to-end customer experience while balancing cost
