Job summary

Socket.dev is seeking a Sr. Supply Chain Manager to lead outbound CX optimization and drive network-level speed-cost trade-offs. You will own frameworks, run models, and partner with planning, design, and analytics to shape S&OP and capacity plans for peak periods.

The role emphasizes navigating ambiguity, delivering data-driven recommendations to Directors and VPs, and balancing speed with cost across the outbound network at scale.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of program or project management experience.
• 5+ years of supply chain experience.
• Experience using data and metrics to determine and drive improvements.
• Experience owning program strategy, end to end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership.
• 2+ years of driving process improvements experience.

Responsibilities

• Own the Outbound CX speed-vs-cost trade-off framework, driving both tactical execution and strategic improvements to network delivery performance.
• Build and execute speed sensitivity and scenario models that quantify impact to speed and inform S&OP decisions.
• Work cross-functionally to identify and implement process improvements that eliminate defects in outbound load-balancing and plan adherence.
• Leverage SQL/Python to conduct root cause analysis and data-driven experimentation at scale, translating findings into actionable recommendations for senior leadership.
• Develop metrics, early-warning frameworks, and reporting that flag speed risk proactively—contributing to QBRs at the Director/VP level.
• Drive continuous improvement by creating scalable solutions that deliver a richer end-to-end customer experience while balancing cost.
