Job summary

Square is seeking a Senior Sales Account Executive to drive outbound growth for mid-market merchants in the United States. You will own the full sales cycle, build a strong pipeline, and tailor multi-product solutions across Square’s ecosystem.

Collaboration with Business Development and cross-functional teams is essential to close high-impact deals. Ideal candidates have 5+ years in full-cycle sales, a BA/BS, and a proven track record of exceeding targets in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of full-cycle sales experience.
• BA/BS degree or equivalent experience.
• Proven track record of exceeding targets in a multi-product ecosystem.
• Ability to drive deals independently in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Own the full outbound sales cycle — prospecting to close for mid-market merchants.
• Build and manage a high-quality pipeline through cold outreach and campaigns.
• Develop multi-product solutions across Square’s ecosystem.
• Partner with Business Development on lead flow and new-logo acquisition.
• Conduct discovery, demos, and negotiations with multi-stakeholder deals.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Marketing, Implementation, and Operations.
• Maintain disciplined pipeline management and forecasting in Salesforce.
• Consistently hit and exceed revenue goals monthly and quarterly.
