Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in supply chain, network optimization, or related analytical roles.
• 3+ years of hands-on experience with network modeling and optimization.
• Experience leading cross-functional projects and managing multiple initiatives.
• Strong analytical, financial modeling, and business case development capabilities.
• Advanced proficiency with network design tools such as Supply Chain Guru, Lyric, AIMMS, or similar platforms.

Responsibilities

• Own and maintain network optimization models for 3–5 product categories across manufacturing, distribution, inventory, and transportation.
• Develop mid- and long-term supply chain strategies by evaluating growth opportunities, demand scenarios, capacity requirements, asset utilization, sourcing, and network investments.
• Identify, prioritize, and lead optimization initiatives to improve cost, service, resiliency, asset productivity, and capital efficiency.
• Develop and maintain category network models to evaluate alternatives and quantify trade-offs across cost, service, utilization, risk, and capital requirements.
• Lead cross-functional projects with Planning, Manufacturing, Logistics, Engineering, Finance, Procurement, and Commercial teams to build integrated network plans.
