Job summary

Accenture is seeking a Finance Reinvention Senior Manager to lead transformation for Fortune 500 clients. You will blend F&A domain mastery with AI, agentic tech, and ERP ecosystems to drive deals from origination to wins while building CFO and CAO relationships.

You will sell, shape, and deliver large-scale transformations, becoming a recognized F&A specialist across PTP, OTC, RTR or FP&A domains.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or equivalent.
• 10+ years in large-scale F&A transformation with a clear sales component.
• 5+ years deep domain in PTP, OTC, RTR or FP&A.

Responsibilities

• Lead F&A sales and practice from pursuit through delivery for global enterprise clients.
• Develop CFO- and CAO-level relationships to generate opportunities and credibility.
• Design AI-first F&A solutions leveraging ERP ecosystems with measurable value.
• Shape compelling value propositions to win large managed services deals.
