Job summary

Target is seeking a Senior Engineering Manager for OT Security to lead a team of engineers building and operating security platforms across OT infrastructure. You will own visibility, prioritization, and remediation workflows, partnering with Infrastructure, Security Architecture, and Network Security to improve OT resilience.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a team of Lead Engineers responsible for day-to-day OT security capabilities.
• Establish stakeholder communication and drive safe, efficient OT practices.
• Build and manage a high-performing engineering team with coaching and staffing decisions.
• Provide career development and performance management for engineers.
• Set engineering culture and standards for code quality, testing, and on-call hygiene.
• Own end-to-end OT security platforms, including asset visibility and data pipelines.
• Operate platforms as production systems with defined SLAs and incident response.
