Job summary

Target's OT Security team in Minnesota seeks a Senior Engineering Manager to lead a team of Lead Engineers, building and operating OT security platforms, asset visibility, data pipelines, and risk prioritization across OT environments.

You will translate ISA/IEC 62443 requirements into actionable engineering patterns, collaborate with Infrastructure, IAM, and Network Security, and drive multi‑quarter roadmaps while ensuring availability and safety of production systems.

Qualifications

• 4-year degree OR equivalent work experience.
• 8+ years hands-on technology experience with OT security engineering.
• 3+ years managing engineering teams with delivery in platform/infrastructure/security.
• Experience hiring and evolving team operating models.
• Experience leading teams that operate OT/security platforms at scale.
• Familiarity with ISA/IEC 62443 and NIST CSF frameworks.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a team of Lead Engineers for OT security capabilities.
• Establish stakeholder communication and partner alignment for safe, efficient OT security practices.
• Build and manage a high-performing engineering team with coaching and staffing decisions.
• Provide career development and performance management for engineers.
• Set code quality, testing, on-call hygiene, postmortems and operational excellence standards.
• Own end-to-end OT security platforms, data pipelines, and their production operation.
