Job summary

Accenture Security is seeking an OT Cybersecurity Senior Manager to lead complex engagements across critical infrastructure. You will direct delivery teams, build trusted client relationships at the CISO and VP level, and contribute to business development.

You will mentor consultants, shape OT security programs, and drive growth while maintaining delivery quality and aligning with regulatory requirements (NERC CIP, IEC 62443, TSA). Travel up to 100% may be required.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in OT/ICS cybersecurity or critical infrastructure security.
• 7+ years of consulting delivering OT security programs to Fortune/Global 1000 clients.
• 5+ years of people leadership, mentoring consultants.
• 5+ years leading OT security assessments and program design.
• 5+ years engaging with C-suite and VP stakeholders on OT risk and compliance.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead multi-workstream OT security engagements and ensure delivery quality.
• Develop OT security program strategies and roadmaps for clients.
• Advise CISOs and VP-level leaders on OT risk, compliance, and program strategy.
• Drive client growth through relationship development and opportunity identification.
• Mentor consultants and ensure high-quality deliverables.
