Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, computer science, or a related field.
• 15+ years of progressive experience in cybersecurity, OT, engineering, or operations.
• Demonstrated leadership across cybersecurity and operational technology in critical infrastructure environments.

Responsibilities

• Set and communicate OT Security vision, strategy, and multi-year direction across the OT environment.
• Provide executive leadership for OT Security portfolio with clear ownership and risk reduction.
• Align OT priorities with business units, enterprise security, risk, and regulatory obligations.
• Establish accountability, delegated authority, and governance across OT Security and stakeholders.
• Lead portfolio demand, capacity planning, and talent strategy based on risk and demand.
• Ensure material OT cyber risk and readiness concerns are transparent to senior leadership.
• Sponsor technical-review and validation practices to ensure secure outcomes.
• Build partnerships with business leaders to align OT security with operating cadence and processes.
