Ideal candidates bring 5+ years in electric utility projects, strong leadership, and proficiency with MS Project and Office tools. Hybrid work, travel up to 20%, and a performance-based environment are offered.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
• 5+ years of electric utility project management experience or related delivery.
• Experience with highly technical and complex projects.
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Prepare proposals, pursuit presentations, and support negotiations.
• Review and develop contract agreements with leadership.
• Define project strategies aligned with business and client priorities.
• Serve as primary client contact and foster relationships for future opportunities.
• Develop and maintain project plans with clients and SMEs.
• Oversee delivery of customer deliverables and ensure quality.
• Manage change orders and contract terms compliance.
