Insight Global is seeking a senior OT/IoT security professional to design and maintain secure architectures for OT/IoT environments in Austin, TX. You will assess risks across ICS, SCADA, and IoT, and drive implementation of segmentation to minimize exposure.

You will partner with engineering, manufacturing, and IT teams to embed security into device onboarding, firmware updates, and lifecycle management, while evaluating technologies such as IDS, gateways, and encryption.

Qualificações

• 8+ years in cybersecurity, including 3+ years in OT/IoT.
• Strong understanding of ICSS/SCADA, industrial protocols and IoT standards (MQTT, CoAP).
• Experience with OT network segmentation and Zero Trust.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and maintain OT/IoT security architecture aligned with enterprise standards and regulations.
• Assess risks and vulnerabilities across ICS, SCADA, and IoT systems.
• Design and implement network segmentation to reduce attack surfaces.
• Partner with engineering, manufacturing, and IT teams to integrate security controls.
• Define and enforce policies for device onboarding, firmware updates, and lifecycle management.
• Evaluate and recommend security technologies such as anomaly detection, secure gateways, and encryption.
• Perform threat modeling and security assessments for new and existing projects.
• Provide guidance on IEC 62443, NIST CSF, and ISO 27001 compliance.
• Support training and incident response related to OT/IoT systems.
• Stay current on emerging threats, technologies, and best practices.
