Job summary

AG Solution is seeking an OT Security Engineer to advance security for industrial OT networks, including SCADA and PLC environments. You will collaborate with IT/OT teams, assess risks, and implement segmentation and firewall controls to strengthen resilience.

Travel to customer sites is required for commissioning, testing, and audits, with English proficiency essential and additional Spanish or French a plus. The role emphasizes hands-on implementation and clear communication with stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience securing industrial OT environments (SCADA/PLCs, DCS).
• Ability to map and understand legacy OT networks and risks.
• Willingness to travel for client engagements and site commissioning/audits.
• Strong written and verbal communication to explain OT security concepts to non-technical stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Assess OT security posture and risks across client environments.
• Configure and manage firewalls, segmentation, and secure architectures (Purdue model).
• Collaborate with IT/OT teams to align security with production needs.
• Lead commissioning, testing, and audit activities with clients.
