Nextpower Inc. seeks an Engineer III to secure, harden, and maintain the OT/ICS networks supporting CMS and BESS deployments. You will design segmented network architectures, configure and troubleshoot switches/firewalls, and manage SIEM tooling while aligning with NERC CIP, IEC 62443, and NIST 800-82/53 frameworks.

You will also administer the Ignition SCADA/HMI and contribute to cloud security in Azure, coordinating with Controls and IT teams to meet security objectives across the fleet.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in cybersecurity, computer engineering, electrical engineering, computer science or related field.
• Minimum five (5) years’ OT/ICS or IT network security experience.
• Hands-on experience configuring and troubleshooting managed switches and firewalls in industrial settings.
• Experience administering a SCADA/HMI platform (Ignition preferred) and SIEM deployments.

Responsabilidades

• Design, configure, and maintain OT network architecture for BESS sites with VLANs and segmentation.
• Harden and troubleshoot firewalls and VPNs to enforce zero-trust across industrial networks.
• Administer Ignition SCADA/HMI, including scripting and security configuration for monitoring and control.
• Deploy and tune SIEM platforms (Splunk, Microsoft Sentinel) for detections and dashboards.
• Design and maintain Azure cloud network/security architecture supporting CMS/SCADA apps.
