Job summary

Accenture is seeking an OT Cybersecurity Senior Manager to lead complex OT security engagements for critical infrastructure clients. You will direct delivery teams, build trusted relationships with CISOs and VP-level stakeholders, and contribute to business development across the OT security practice.

You will mentor consultants, guide strategic OT security programs, and help shape Accenture's OT security capabilities with vendors and thought leadership.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in OT/ICS cybersecurity or critical infrastructure security roles.
• 7+ years of consulting delivering OT security programs to Fortune/Global 1000 or critical infrastructure clients.
• 5+ years of people leadership, mentoring consultants.
• 5+ years leading OT security assessments, program design, or managed security implementations.
• 5+ years engaging with C-suite/VP-level stakeholders on OT risk and compliance.
• Bachelor-level degree or equivalent work experience (12 years) or 6 years with Associate's degree.

Responsibilities

• Lead multi-workstream OT security engagements for critical infrastructure clients, ensuring delivery quality and client satisfaction.
• Develop and execute OT security programs, roadmaps, governance, CSOC builds, and technology investments.
• Advise CISOs and senior leaders on OT risk strategy, compliance (NERC CIP, TSA, CFATS) and program maturity.
• Grow client relationships and identify security capability gaps for expansion.
• Mentor consultants and managers, providing technical guidance and quality assurance across deliverables.
• Shape win strategies for OT security pursuits, contribute to RFPs and proposals across the practice.
• Lead OT security business development activities including opportunity qualification and client pitches.
• Represent Accenture OT security capabilities in external engagements and industry forums.
