Job summary

Accenture is seeking an OT Cybersecurity Consultant to lead and support hands-on security engagements across industrial environments. You’ll assess, design, and help implement security solutions across OT/ICS ecosystems, partnering with client engineers, operators, and security teams to reduce risk without disrupting operations.

You will be a SME on OT security pursuits, contribute to RFPs, deliver reusable assets, and collaborate across Accenture’s OT Security practice.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of OT/ICS experience in critical infrastructure.
• Minimum 3 years with ICS technologies including SCADA, DCS, EMS/ADMS, RTUs, PLCs, HMIs.
• Minimum 3 years cybersecurity experience including vulnerability management, IAM in OT contexts, and monitoring/incident response.
• Minimum 3 years experience with OT protocols (Modbus, DNP3, IEC 61850, PROFINET, OPC, EtherNet/IP).
• Minimum 3 years experience producing and presenting security deliverables and findings.

Responsibilities

• Conduct OT/ICS security assessments against NERC CIP, IEC 62443/ISA-99, NIST CSF, DOE C2M2, and client requirements.
• Evaluate client security posture across Purdue Model layers; identify gaps in segmentation, remote access, and asset inventory.
• Deploy OT-native security tooling and asset discovery platforms to enhance monitoring.
• Perform OT threat hunting, IOC analysis, and incident response support in ICSS/SCADA environments.
• Develop detailed security assessment reports, risk registers, and remediation roadmaps.
• Support OT security program development including governance frameworks, policies, and procedures.
• Collaborate with client IT/OT teams, system integrators, and OEM vendors to drive outcomes.
• Serve as SME on active OT security pursuits, contributing to RFPs and proposals.
