Job summary

Accenture is seeking an OT Cybersecurity Senior Manager in California to lead complex, multi-workstream engagements across critical infrastructure clients. You will direct delivery teams, build trusted relationships with CISOs and VP-level stakeholders, and contribute to business development and governance programs.

You will mentor consultants, shape win strategies, and drive OT security initiatives with a focus on regulatory compliance and program maturity, while traveling as needed.

Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years of OT/ICS cybersecurity or critical infrastructure security experience.
• Minimum 7 years of consulting experience delivering OT security programs to large clients.
• Minimum 5 years of people leadership experience overseeing consultants.
• Experience leading OT security assessments and program design across multiple industries.
• Experience engaging with C-suite and VP-level stakeholders on OT risk and compliance.

Responsibilities

• Lead multi-workstream OT security engagements with focus on delivery quality and client satisfaction.
• Develop and execute OT security programs, roadmaps, governance, and technology investments.
• Advise CISOs and senior leaders on risk, regulatory compliance, and program maturity.
• Drive growth through client relationships, scoping, and identifying capability gaps.
• Mentor teams and ensure quality across deliverables and engagements.
• Contribute to RFP responses, proposals, and competitive strategy for OT security.
• Lead business development efforts including client pitches and opportunities.
• Represent Accenture externally via speaking engagements and client workshops.
• Develop reusable assets and partnerships with OT technology vendors.
