Job summary

EY is seeking an OT Senior Architecture & Governance Issues/Defect Solution Analyst to strengthen governance and defect management across OT environments. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure secure, compliant OT systems and lead defect tracking with architecture oversight.

Responsibilities include reviewing designs, maintaining governance docs, leading defect cycles, and coordinating with cybersecurity and product teams to drive improvements while aligning with enterprise

Qualifications

• Experience in Operational Technology governance and OT environments.
• Proficient in end-to-end issues management and defect workflows.
• Skilled in establishing SOPs, trackers, and reporting templates.
• Knowledge of manufacturing/shop floor OT considerations for security and safety.
• Experience with security architecture design across SaaS/PaaS/IaaS and AI/ML.
• Familiarity with NERC CIP, NIST CSF, CIS, ISO 27001, ISA/IEC 62443 frameworks.
• Understanding of security controls (firewalls, IDS/IPS, encryption, IAM).
• Ability to lead cross-functional teams and communicate with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Review OT system designs for alignment with enterprise standards.
• Maintain and evolve governance frameworks, SOPs and documentation.
• Support change review boards and architecture decision forums.
• Lead defect intake, triage, and remediation cycles.
• Track and report on new and existing defects and remediation progress.
• Facilitate weekly defect review meetings with stakeholders.
• Collaborate with OT architects, system owners, and cybersecurity teams.
• Develop standard work and LEAN improvements for OT governance.
