Qualifications

• Experience and knowledge on Operational Technology (OT) environments and governance.
• End-to-end issues management and defect handling.
• Defect intake, exception review, and change request workflows.
• Ability to build and manage SOPs, trackers, and reporting templates.
• Strong familiarity with manufacturing, shopfloor, building management, or other OT environments.
• Security architecture design and assessment of SaaS, PaaS, IaaS, AI/ML, ZTA.
• Familiarity with cybersecurity frameworks: NERC CIP, NIS, CIS, NIST CSF, ISO 27001, ISA/IEC 62443.
• Ability to apply these frameworks to OT environments and defect resolution processes.
• Security controls such as firewalls, IDS/IPS, encryption, and access management.
• Risk‑based mindset, including remediation and migration planning and tracking.
• ServiceNow and Optro usage experience.

Responsibilities

• Review OT system designs for alignment with enterprise standards.
• Maintain governance frameworks, SOPs, and docs.
• Support change review boards and architecture forums.
• Lead defect intake, triage, remediation cycles.
• Track defects, risks, and remediation progress.
• Run weekly defect reviews with stakeholders.
• Partner with OT architects, system owners, cybersecurity, and DECA.
• Guide site teams on governance and defect matters.
• Communicate across technical and non-technical audiences.
• Identify gaps in docs and propose updates.
• Develop standard work and LEAN improvements.
• Provide OT architecture oversight and governance.
• Review and approve OT designs focusing on security and compliance.
• Establish governance best practices for OT design.
• Collaborate to assess designs and recommend improvements.
• Facilitate decision-making on OT architecture.
• Conduct risk assessments for changes to OT systems.
• Stay current with OT trends and regulations.
• Maintain documentation on OT architecture standards.
