Turnaround Communications Inc is seeking an experienced Senior OSP Construction Manager to lead large-scale fiber construction operations in the Denver market. This role requires hands-on knowledge of microtrenching, underground and aerial fiber deployment, and strong field leadership to drive production, safety, quality, and customer deliverables.

You will oversee multiple field teams and subs, manage schedules and budgets, ensure work meets prints and specs, and coordinate permitting,

Qualificações

• 5+ years of OSP telecommunications or fiber construction management experience.
• Experience managing microtrenching, underground and/or aerial fiber construction projects.
• Experience managing subcontractors, field crews, production schedules, and construction budgets.
• Strong knowledge of OSP construction methods, safety requirements, permitting, restoration, and quality standards.
• Strong leadership, communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.

Responsabilidades

• Direct and hold subcontractors accountable for production, quality, safety, schedule, and customer requirements.
• Conduct regular field inspections and verify construction meets prints, specifications, and quality standards.
• Coordinate manpower, equipment, materials, permitting, and construction resources.
• Review field performance and implement corrective actions when production or quality falls below expectations.
• Serve as a primary escalation point for field and construction issues.
