You will manage staff, develop managers, handle budgeting and growth initiatives, and maintain compliant operations to deliver excellent patient experiences.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or 5+ years of equivalent experience in healthcare management.
• Master's degree is preferred for leadership roles.
• AHA CPR certification is preferred for patient-safety awareness.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily operations of multiple medical practices to ensure consistent, high-quality care.
• Recruit, develop and supervise a team of managers and staff with clear performance expectations.
• Oversee budgeting, revenue management, expenses, and financial planning to optimize profitability.
