Job summary

You will recruit and mentor managers and staff, supervise budgets, revenue cycle, and strategic growth while ensuring high patient care standards and satisfaction.

You will coordinate with physicians and administrators to optimize patient access, workflow, and use of EHR systems across sites, delivering measurable KPIs and quality improvement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in health administration or business administration/management required.
• 3 years healthcare management experience overseeing medical practices.
• CPR certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership for medical practices aligned with mission and values.
• Recruit, train, and manage a team of managers, medical assistants, and staff.
• Manage budgets, revenue cycle, and expenses to meet financial goals.
