Job summary

Zimmer Biomet is seeking a dynamic Sales Professional in the United States to drive growth in orthopedics. You will build relationships with key surgeons, execute local sales plans, and mentor less experienced team members where applicable.

You will cover procedures with clinical proficiency and business acumen, plan and run local educational events, support referrals, and ensure compliance with policies. Travel up to 95% by car, including overnight stays, may be required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred, with 4+ years of orthopedic sales experience.
• Alternatively, 8+ years of sales experience in the medical device industry.
• Experience building relationships with surgeons and understanding customer needs is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales growth through execution of a sales plan in the assigned area.
• Build strong relationships with key surgeons and cover orthopedic procedures with clinical proficiency and business acumen.
• Plans, coordinates and executes local educational and sales events to augment the business and achieve targets.
• Supports referral networks and educates referrals on Zimmer Biomet products.
• Adheres to all laws, policies and SOPs regarding interaction with healthcare professionals and product handling.
